If your item is damaged, you can request a refund within 10 days of delivery.  Please send photos of damage to jewelrybyjeanette@gmail.com, along with an explanation of the damage.  If there are any other issues with your order, please email us within 5 days of delivery.  We will be happy to discuss and resolve any issues or concerns.  Thank you for being a valued customer.  We appreciate your business
